What the service involves

• Identify and agree with your leaders the needs of your school and your pupils, addressing the strengths and weaknesses of the curriculum with needs analyses.

• Scoping exercise with your senior leaders (where appropriate) as part of any particular area of curriculum design against the national framework and your school's vision and improvement plan.

• Refining or creating curriculum maps to ensure logical sequencing bespoke to your school.

• Clear communication between colleagues to set out common goals, ensuring the process is supportive and purposeful.

• Set out evaluation methods to assess the success of the curriculum, and make alterations where needed.

• All evaluations are quality assured to ensure that reporting is consistent and meets our iThink and industry standards.
